The squad was selected from colleges across Wales over two trials following a nomination from college staff. The second trial consisted of 44 players and the final squad was reduced to 18 players.
The game will take place at Cardiff Metropolitan University on November 29 at 1pm.
Newtown sports tutor Gareth Watkins said: “All credit goes to these boys.
"This success is down to the hard work they have put into their football careers for a number of years.
"They have shown elite football attributes during the season and at the two trials they showed composure and confidence to make the final 18 player squad.
"We all wish them the best of luck and look forward to seeing them put on the National Jersey. Da Iawn a phob lwc.”
