THE football stars of tomorrow continue to make the Mid and North Powys Junior League one of the best such leagues in Wales.

The latest football festival was hosted at Cae Llwyn by Llanfyllin Town Football Club and attracted hundreds of young players along with their coaches and supported by parents and guardians.

The league has been developing young football players for decades with countless graduates making the step from the junior ranks to senior level football over the years.

In more recent years the league has also developed its girls football provision as well as ensuring regular competition in its age grade leagues and cups.
