The New Saints fell to a second consecutive home defeat as Caernarfon Town left Park Hall 2-1 winners in the JD Cymru Premier on Wednesday night.

The Gwynedd side toasted their first win in Oswestry in six years as goals from Zack Clarke and Louis Lloyd cancelled out Leo Smith's early opener.

Declan McManus tested Caernarfon goalkeeper Harri Thomas inside the opening eight minutes before Smith broke the deadlock with a long range effort after 12 minutes.

Jordan Williams fired wide as TNS pressed for a second goal before Caernarfon threatened at the other end as goalkeeper Connor Roberts was forced to deny Matty Hill from close range.
