NEWTOWN face six more dates with destiny before the end of the Shropshire League One season.
The Recreation Ground club remain in the promotion mix following a stellar summer under the captaincy of Dave Anthony.
However the long-serving clubman refused to count any chickens and insisted the club had six tough fixtures between now and the end of the campaign.

Anthony played a key role in the demolition of promotion rivals Bomere Heath on Saturday.
He said: “Even though Saturday’s win was massive against one of our promotion rivals we still have six massive games to go.
“We will be taking it one game at a time against some good teams.”
Meanwhile it has also been confirmed Powys club would apply for promotion to the premier league should they end in a qualifying position having just missed out on elevation to the top tier last season.
Newtown travel to Worfield IIs on Saturday.
