"We thank them for their hard work and commitment over the last two years which saw us win the MMP League Cup and gain promotion to the Ardal North East league. We wish them well in their future endeavours."
Griffiths said he was looking forward to a break after 11 years of management having previously led local rivals Llanrhaeadr.
He said: "Myself and Dan are both massively sad to be stepping away from a club that has so much potential, we are proud to have gained promotion in our first season, along with the league cup trophy and a respectable mid table in the clubs first season back at tier three.
"We would both like to wish the club all the best for the future. Personally I have had an enjoyable but demanding 11 years in management and am looking forward to a break and some time to recharge."
