THREE clubs have passed criteria to make the step up from the MMP Central Wales League to Ardal North East League next season.
Northern league champions Kerry are joined by Four Crosses in passing criteria while Rhayader Town have applied from the southern league.
The FAW Tier 3 First Instance Body met this week to consider the Tier 3 Licensing Applications for the 2024/25 season.
Kerry manager Ben Davies said: “On a performance level we’ve shown we can compete with higher tier opposition on numerous occasions this season so that’s a positive to take into next year.

"The lads are obviously a little down following the two finals but they’ve had an incredible season and should all be proud of their achievements."
Rhayader Town also hope to return to the third tier having re-grouped in the fourth tier following relegation.
Chairman Rhys Thomas said: “As a club we want to try and develop the youngsters and give them opportunities to develop in the highest league possible.
“Unfortunately we have lost a lot of players to neighbouring clubs, so without this ambition we will not be able to entice them back. Our facilities are second to none in Mid Wales and hope that we will be back where we belong soon.”
