The 31 year old ex-Newtown academy player rose to prominence during his first spell at Victoria Avenue from 2012 to 2015 when he earned a switch to Caernarfon Town.
Breese became a terrace hero at Caernarfon before returning to Newtown in 2020 but an unsuccessful spell at Latham Park ended with a return to Llanidloes in the summer of 2022.
The Daffodils have endured a turbulent campaign which has seen David Jarman and Lawrence Wilson depart after brief spells at the helm with ex-Aberystwyth Town striker Andy Evans now at the helm.
A Llanidloes Town Football Club spokesman said: "We are obviously really disappointed to lose him but we do wish him all the best for the future."
