IWAN Matthews starred with a hat-trick as Guilsfield strolled to a 4-0 Boxing Day win at Chirk AAA in JD Cymru North.
Jamie Hyne opened the scoring after 37 minutes before a Matthews hat-trick after the break completed the outcome.
A bumper Boxing Day gate of 479 supporters watched Caersws celebrate a 3-1 derby win at Llanidloes Town.
Rhys Hesden struck after 28 minutes to give the Bluebirds an interval lead at Victoria Avenue before doubling his tally shortly before the hour.
Llanidloes revived their hopes with Jamie Breese reducing the arrears with 20 minutes remaining only for Craig Harris to settle the outcome with a late third for the villagers.

Llandrindod Wells celebrated a 2-1 Boxing Day derby win at Builth Wells in the Ardal North East League in a match which saw both sides end with 10 men.
The Bulls led at the break with Tommy Rowlands converting a 34th minute penalty with the Spamen back on level terms with 20 minutes remaining with Zak Baker on target before Robbie Nicholls fired Llandrindod ahead with 12 minutes left on the clock.
Shaun Nicholls saw red for the Spamen before Rhys Thomas earned his marching orders for the Bulls as Llandrindod held firm for the derby spoils.

Mark Hughes's last gasp winner earned Kerry the spoils in a thrilling 3-2 Dingle derby win at Abermule in the MMP Central Wales League North.
Goals from Darryl McWatt and Richard Davies gave Kerry the interval lead before the hosts staged a fightback with two goals from Mike Humphreys only for Hughes to net a late winner for the Lambs.
Honours ended even at Bryn-Y-Castell as Knighton Town and Presteigne St Andrews played out a Boxing Day 1-1 draw in the MMP Central Wales League South.
Luke Boundford fired the Saints into a 34th minute lead before Sam Hoyle levelled for the hosts on the hour and Sam Sainsbury spurned the chance to fire his side ahead from the penalty spot with the hosts ending with 10 men following the late dismissal of Dan Dawson.
