Honours ended even at Cae Piod as Bow Street were held to a 3-3 draw at home to Llanuwchllyn in the Ardal North East League on Saturday.
Mike Pritchard fired the visitors ahead only for goals from Ben Davies and John James to see Street lead at the break.
Gwydion Ifan levelled after the interval before Davies completed his brace as Street regained the advantage and the visitors saw Pritchard dismissed.
Welshpool Town celebrated their first point of the Ardal North East League season with a 1-1 draw at Rhos Aelwyd.
Ethan Kinsey broke the deadlock for the Lilywhites on the stroke of half-time before the hosts rescued a point with Aled Parry on target.

Radnor Valley battled to a 4-3 win at home to Penycae to maintain their bright start to the campaign.
Ieuan Price fired the Goats ahead after 12 minutes only for Zac Davies to level but Price completed his brace to restore Radnor’s advantage before goals from Callum Matthews and Joey Price gave the hosts a comfortable interval lead.
Penycae set up a tense finale with Davies netting his second of the game before Joshua Traylor-Hall’s own goal but the hosts held firm for three points.

Geoff Kellaway struck both goals as Penrhyncoch secured the spoils with a 2-0 win at home to Llanfair United.
Gerwyn Williams was a hat-trick hero as Dolgellau AA eased to a 4-0 win at home to Builth Wells with Ieuan Brooks coming off the bench to complete the scoring.

Llandrindod Wells fell to a 3-1 defeat at Cefn Albion with Ashley Jones’ effort proving a consolation as the Brickfield club prevailed with goals from Tyler Wilkinson, Dion Gibbins and Josh Astley.
Llansantffraid are the new league leaders following an 8-0 thrashing of Llangollen on Friday night.
Jack Harris led the rout with a double while Marc Griffiths, Oscar Herd, James Clewlow, Chris Aitken, Khyam Wyton and a Meuryn Hughes own goal completed the drubbing.
However the visitors were not to be denied and Meilir Williams rescued a point with a late leveller.
Brecon Corries strolled to a 5-1 win at Treharris Athletic Western in the Ardal South East League.
Paul Keddle led the scoring with two goals while Joel Evans, Craig Evans and Mitchell Davies strikes completed the tally while Sharief Nassoro reduced the arrears.
Hay St Mary’s crashed to a 4-0 defeat at Tredegar Town.
Owen Thomas opened the scoring for the hosts midway through the first-half and an own goal from Tom James saw Tredegar double their lead before goals from Tom Lynch and Ian Pettit completed the tally.
