CAERSWS climbed to second in the JD Cymru North table with a resounding 5-1 win at home to Ruthin Town this afternoon.
Neil Mitchell starred with a four goal blast while Rhys Hesden maintained his impressive form with a superb individual effort and goalkeeper Jack Perry capped a fine afternoon with a second-half penalty save.
The Bluebirds led after just nine minutes with Hesden squaring from the right for Mitchell to skilfully turn and slot beyond goalkeeper Danny Goldston.
