OWAIN Richards starred with a hat-trick as Waterloo Rovers climbed to third in the MMP Central Wales League North table with a 3-0 win at home to Barmouth United today.
Four Crosses maintained their unbeaten start and top the table following a 4-2 win at Dyffryn Banw.
Max Thomas fired Crosses into a 23rd minute lead before the Llangadfan hosts replied before the break through Alwyn Jones.
Goals from Will Howard and Billy Clarke at the start of the second-half restored Crosses' lead before Howard completed his double and Banw reduced the arrears through Gerallt Evans.

Forden United also remain unbeaten after a 5-1 victory at Llanfyllin Town.
Jake O'Donnell led the scoring with a hat-trick while Ryan Jenkins struck twice to complete the scoring with the Magpies netting a late consolation through Dale Evans.

Guilsfield celebrated their first win of the JD Cymru North season with a 1-0 win at Porthmadog on Saturday.
The match was goalless until nine minutes from time when Iwan Matthews slotted home from the penalty spot to seal the spoils.

Llanidloes Town remain at the foot of the table after crashing to a 5-1 win at leaders Airbus UK Broughton.
The Daffodils broke the deadlock through Connor Bird's 31st minute strike only for the Wingmakers to lead at the break with Jake Eyre levelling before Jordan Evans fired home.
Joe Palmer extended Broughton's lead on the hour with goals from Sam Baker and George Peers completing the scoring.
Dolgellau AA celebrated a comfortable 3-0 win at Llanrhaeadr in the only game in the Ardal North East League on Saturday.

Churchstoke celebrated a 2-1 win at home to Rhayader Town Reserves with Adam Young opening the scoring for the hosts before Ollie Leadbetter levelled for the Red Kites and Kevin Price came off the bench to win it for the Marketmen on the hour.
Lyndon Bevan scored the only goal of the game as Felindre claimed a 1-0 win at home to Abermule Reserves.
Presteigne St Andrews Reserves hit the goal trail with a 7-0 thrashing of Waterloo Rovers Reserves with Adam Crowe and Josh Pearce each netting twice.
