Mike Pritchard broke the deadlock after 13 minutes and despite Lyndon Jones levelling for the Bulls the hosts trailed at the interval with Garmon Hafal netting.
However Builth hit back on the hour with Chris Jones levelling with the match ending all square.

Brecon Corries slipped to a hard-fought 1-0 home defeat at home to Blaenavon Blues in the Ardal South East League on Saturday.
The match remained goalless until the 77th minute when teenager Jude Bull struck the only goal of the game.
