LLANIDLOES Town were crowned Aspidistra Radnorshire Cup champions for only the second time in their history with a 6-2 win over Radnor Valley in Rhayader.
On a sweltering Sunday in Radnorshire the final pitted MMP-NL Mid Wales League One leaders and promotion hopefuls Llanidloes against a Radnor Valley side desperate to retain its county crown.
However glory belonged to Hugh Clarke’s men who added the 2019 Aspidistra Radnorshire Cup to the trophy cabinet.
Gregg Brown led the Daffodils to glory with a double with Peter Rees, Gareth Owen, Jordan Jones and Ashley Owen completing the tally while the Goats replied with goals from Geraint Lloyd and Joey Price.
