NEWTOWN Boxing Club have returned to their spiritual home in Agriculture House after a decade’s absence.
The club had shared the mixed martial gym situated a few flights of stairs away before completing their return to their own gym earlier this month.
Sponsor Liam Blayney is supporting his old club which has been bolstered by the addition of Chris Jones to its coaching staff.
Head coach Joe Evans said: “We are extremely pleased with the move and it took an extraordinary effort get the place ready for the boxers but it was totally worth it.

“We have come full circle and we are back in the same room where I originally started training with my old coach.
“We’ve got loads of brand new equipment and have a new coaches join me at level 2 with bags of experience.
“We are now offering more classes than ever before with the support of many dedicated coaches, we have seven carded boxers ready to go and more in the pipeline.”
The club is also planning to host a boxing show event in 2023.
