LLANIDLOES Town Football will be managed by Lawrence Wilson next season.
The former Wem Town and Llanfair United boss was confirmed as the JD Cymru North's manager this week and succeeds Dave Jarman who stepped down from the job after just two days following his appointment after Chris Davies resigned earlier in the month.
Wilson said: "To be given the opportunity to manage a club like Llanidloes is a great privilege, it’s a big club in mid wales and I want thanks Kevin Brown and the rest of the committee for giving me the chance to showcase what I can do.
"For me it’s a big step up for me going from Llanfair in the Ardal North East to Llanidloes in the Cymru Borth but a challenge I relish.

Wilson is now working on new signings with the club having lost a handful of players since the end of last season, including forward Andy Evans to Guilsfield and midfielder Drew Cook to Kerry.
Wilsion said: "I’m working on some new signings over the next week so we can bed them in quickly into the squad.
"Having come in later on in pre-season I’m working hard to get everything sorted as soon as I can.
"The aim for the club is to keep improving in the Cymru north and keep gaining more points each season to show the progression. There is a lot of things in the pipeline at the club so it’s an exciting time ahead for everyone."
A club statement on social media confirmed Wilson as new manager.
"A highly rated B licence holder, Lawrence displayed great enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail and knowledge of the game in his interview.
"We are excited to see what Lawrence can bring to the club and look forward to working with him and supporting him all the way."
