A CENTURY old rivalry will be renewed when Llanidloes Town travel to Aberystwyth Town in the second round of the Nathaniel MG Cup.
The Daffodils were paired with their old rivals in last night's draw and will travel to the JD Cymru Premier side on August 6.
Manager Chris Davies said: "We’re really looking forward to it.
"After a good away win on Saturday, and with the Cymru Premier teams coming in at this stage we were intrigued to see who we would be drawn against.

"There were obviously easier draws we could have had but we’re relishing the prospect of travelling to Aberystwyth for a mid Wales derby and we know we’re underdogs but we’ll give it everything we have."
Davies insisted his players were more than capable of pulling off a shock against a new look Aberystwyth side under new management.
Davies said: "With it being a cup game and the added derby factor you never know and we’ll be going there with the belief we can pull off a shock."

Elsewhere in the draw Newtown will make the trip to Cardiff Met for an all top flight clash while TNS travel to Connah's Quay Nomads in one of the ties of the round.
Guilsfield welcome Ruthin Town to Clos Mytton while wild cards Caersws will host JD Cymru North side Holywell Town bidding to build on their first round upset from last weekend.
