BUILTH Wells will host the iconic BBC Cymru Wales inflatable bucket hat as part of its nationwide tour.
The hat will be installed at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair on November 28.
From the Rhondda, the giant bucket hat will take to the road as a backdrop to BBC Wales’ outside broadcasts during the competition.
From Baglan to Builth Wells to Bangor, BBC Wales programming and services will be reflecting the excitement and support from across Wales.
It will also offer fans the opportunity to take selfies with the hat and post their support for the Cymru team in advance of their first appearance at the World Cup in 64 years.

The inflatable bucket hat tour is in association with the Football Association of Wales’ Gwyl Cymru, a creative event bringing communities together as the football team takes to the field in Qatar.
Gareth Davies, Head of BBC Wales Marketing and Audiences said: “With the Wales football team about to take their place on the global stage for the first time in 64 years, BBC Cymru Wales is going to be there every step of the way, in Qatar and here in Wales.
"We’re proud to be capturing the mood up and down the country with our programming and services reflecting the excitement and anticipation. The bucket hat will be a brilliant backdrop to our output.
"This is a brilliant opportunity for fans to join us, particularly if they are unable to visit the fantastic fibreglass FAW bucket hats.”
