Firefighters had to cut the roof off a vehicle to rescue an injured person trapped inside following a head-on collision near the Powys border.
Emergency services responded following reports of a two-vehicle crash on the A458 at Rowton, between Middletown and Shrewsbury shortly before 6pm on Thursday, November 28.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said crews from Shrewsbury used cutters and spreaders to "create space and remove the roof of the vehicle for the extrication of a casualty who was medically trapped".
