A POWYS man who breached a sexual harm prevention order has been spared a prison sentence after appearing at the crown court.
Andrew Jenkins, 62, appeared at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Wednesday, November 27, after admitting breaching the terms of a previous order handed to him by the court in relation to sexual offences.
Jenkins, of no fixed abode, breached the sexual harm prevention order on October 13, with the offence occurring in Crickhowell.
Judge Jeremy Jenkins told Jenkins he must adhere to an 18-month community order.
This will include completing 235 hours of an accredited sexual offender’s programme, as well as 80 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation activity days.
He also must pay £150 court costs and a mandatory surcharge.
