A ROAD traffic collision involving a bus resulted in one of Powys’ major roads being closed for several hours this morning (Friday, November 22).
Dyfed Powys Police said the incident involved only one vehicle, a bus, which was not carrying any passengers when it crashed on the A483 between Llanbister and Llanbadarn Fynydd at around 5.45am.
“Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the A483 between Llanbister and Llanbadarn Fynydd, at approximately 5.45am, on Friday, November 22,” the force said in a statement.
“A bus, carrying no passengers, was involved in the incident.
"No injuries were reported.
"The road was closed and diversions were in place while the bus was recovered. The road reopened around 10.40am.”
