A main road through Powys is closed this morning after a crash, while another has been left impassable by bad weather.
The A483 between Llanbister and Llanbadarn Fynydd after a crash earlier this morning, Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed. The crash occurred at about 6.30am.
Meanwhile, the A44 at Llangurig is closed in both directions because of ice and snow, according to Traffic Wales. Drivers have been urged to avoid the area.
Elsewhere, the A470 between Llangurig and Llanidloes is experiencing difficult conditions, also because of the bad weather.
Schools are almost all open, unlike earlier in the week when the snow first hit, but Ysgol Robert Owen in Newtown has closed for the day citing a "utilities failure", according to Powys County Council's website.
