AN arrest warrant has been issued after a man accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on another man in Powys failed to show up for court.
Dominic Grant, from Telford, is accused of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm upon Jak Keyhoe in Broad Street, Newtown, on August 20,2023.
Welshpool Magistrates’ Court heard on Tuesday, November 19, that the 26-year-old, of Duckett Drive, Doseley, Telford, is currently the subject of three outstanding warrants.
Prosecutor Helen Tench said: “He is clearly aware of the matters pending. I’d ask for a warrant without bail.”
Magistrates agreed to issue a warrant, not backed for bail.
