Pritchard, of Castle Road, Builth Wells, is accused of causing serious injury to both Alexandra Dunn and Damien Morgan by driving his Audi A3 dangerously on the A470 near Carno on September 10, 2023.
The defendant entered no pleas to either charge and magistrates told him they were committing his case to Mold Crown Court due to the serious nature of the charges.
Pritchard is due to appear in Mold on December 13. He was granted unconditional bail until that date.
