The cheapest and most expensive neighbourhoods in Powys have been revealed in a new report.

Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels have created the Property Report, which helped rank neighbourhoods in Powys based on their average house prices, for the year ending March 2024.

It shows that buyers looking in the Brecon Beacons can expect to pay more than those finding a home in the county's larger towns.

Newtown has two entries for the cheapest neighbourhoods, along with other larger towns including Welshpool, Llandrindod Wells and Ystradgynlais.
