ARE pizza lovers in Powys set for a slice of paradise, with the addition of a Domino’s branch?
It would appear so, with major pizza chain Domino’s seemingly suggesting that they will be making a move to open only Powys’ second Domino’s store… in Brecon.
A post appeared on the Brecon and surrounding areas community group on Facebook on Friday morning, November 8.
Radhika Verma, describing herself as a UK branch store manager for Domino’s, said a store is set to open on the Rich Way on November 25.

“Hi everyone. This is Radhika Verma. I’ll be a store manager of Domino’s Brecon (5 Rich Way). We’ll be opening a store on 25th November 2024,” she said in a post on the group.
“And we are recruiting drivers and instore positions available. (Anyone) interested can share their CV at S28171@dominos.co.uk.”
Speculation about a new store is further backed up by the fact a Brecon location also appears on the Domino’s UK website under the ‘select your store’ tab.
The website says opening times will be 11am-1am Monday-Thursday, as well as Sundays, and 11am-2am Friday-Saturday.
If opened, it will be just the second Domino’s branch in Powys, after Newtown.
Domino’s has been contacted for comment.
