Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council said: "These incidents are not only disheartening but also result in direct financial burdens on our community due to repair costs and higher insurance premiums.
"Indirectly, they divert town council staff from other essential duties."
The council added: "We urge you to report any suspicious activity directly to the local police station or the town council. Together, we can help protect and preserve our community spaces.
