A MAN charged with burglary and aggravated vehicle taking in Powys will now be on the police’s radar, after he failed to turn up for court.
Daniel Charnock, 23, was due to appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 5, to answer two charges.
He is jointly accused of burglary at a property in Crossgates on November 11, 2023, whereby he stole the keys to a Skoda Superb belonging to the occupier. The charge also states that he took that vehicle without the consent of the owner and that damage was caused to that vehicle.
Charnock, of Duxbury Drive, Bury, was not at court on Tuesday and magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest, without bail.
