WELCOME to bygones.

Today we stretch our legs and minds back as far as the 1920s and 1930s to share a handful of pictures of Powys life from a century ago.

Of course many of the people pictured have long passed away but perhaps their relatives will spot them and these pictures will show their lost loved one during their younger years.

Share your own pictures from the past by emailing gavin.grosvenor@newsquest.co.uk today and follow our new Facebook page 'Powys in the Past' for all things nostalgic.
