A man was arrested for drink driving after he was involved in a crash that left three people in hospital.
The incident happened on the A470 between Libanus and Brecon at around 10.30am on Sunday (October 27).
The busy main road was closed for several hours following the collision which involved a silver Mercedes and a white Renault Mégane.
Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed that a 39-year-old man – who was one of the people taken to hospital – was later arrested and taken into custody.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Police were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at about 10.30am, Sunday October 27.
“A silver Mercedes and a white Renault Mégane were involved in the collision on the A470 between Brecon and Libanus.
“Three people were taken to hospital for treatment.
“One of the people taken to hospital, a 39-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit.
"He has been released on conditional bail pending further police enquiries.
“The road was closed and reopened at 5.15pm.”
