A man who allegedly exposed his genitals and shouted abusive comments at his neighbour will go on trial next month.
Liam Brain, 37, pleaded not guilty to two charges - exposure and harassment without violence - when he appeared at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 15.
Brain denied harassing his neighbour by shouting abusive comments and exposing his penis on more than one occasion.

The incident is alleged to have happened in the residential street of Glan yr Ithon in Llandrindod Wells on Sunday, October 13.
Brain told magistrates that he could die from a serious lower leg injury when he appeared in the dock flanked by two security officers.

"I don't want to be locked up," he cried. "I'm in agony".
Magistrates remanded Brain, of Glan yr Ithon, in custody until he next appears in court on a video link from prison for an interim hearing on Tuesday, October 22.
A trial was fixed for Monday, November 25, at Welshpool Magistrates' Court.
