A new community garden which opened during the summer is already reporting problems with dog mess.
Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council said they have received a verbal report from a member of the public that “one specific dog owner is allowing their pet to foul freely” at Union Street Community Garden.
New signage will be installed and the behaviour would be monitored for a month.
