Builth Male Voice Choir has announced Sara Davies as the solo artist for its 2025 St David's Day Concert.
The singer-songwriter recently won the prestigious 'Song For Wales' competition and is currently working on her album.
Ms Davies graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 with a first-class degree in music and has spent time as a scholar student for the BBC choir.
During her time at university, she received the David Lloyd scholarship from the Music School to help with her vocal lessons.
In 2015, she won the women's solo at the Urdd Eisteddfod and was awarded the Olwen Phillips scholarship.

Despite her music commitments, Ms Davies completed a PGCE course in education in 2019 and has been working as a music teacher at Henry Richard School in Tregaron.
However, from September, she plans to focus more on her music career.
