The world-famous Polar Express will be coming to a Mid Wales railway in the run up to Christmas.

The famous Polar Express Train Ride is coming to Wales for the first time “to add some extra Christmas magic” to the Vale of Rheidol Railway at Aberystwyth.

Polar Productions is partnering with Rail Events Inc to bring the magical live show to the railway; which runs from Aberystwyth to Devil’s Bridge, between November 30 and Christmas Eve.

This fully immersive theatre experience recreates the famous Christmas movie as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.

There will be singing and dancing from the characters, iconic scenes straight from the movie and a special visit from Father Christmas himself. Passengers will enjoy a delicious hot chocolate and cookie, courtesy of dancing chefs.
