Two law firms that have offices at several locations across Powys have merged in a deal that the owners hope will strengthen both businesses.
Brunton & Co and Agri Advisor, two Welsh law firms with decades of experience in the field, will be joining forces by merging under the name Agri Advisor Legal LLP.
The firms, both bilingual, hope that the merger will “strengthen” their reach and allow the joined venture to become a “leading force across Wales”.
Agri Advisor, founded in 2011, specialises in a range of legal services to clients throughout Wales and England, giving advice to farmers, landowners and rural people.
Through their agricultural advice, the solicitors they can also offer specific advice relevant to the issues faced by rural businesses in addition to personal matters from their offices in Pumsaint, Welshpool, Groesfaen, Kington, Newcastle Emlyn, Bala and Gaerwen.
Agri Advisor, founded in 2011, currently offers a range of legal services to clients throughout Wales and England. The team at Agri Advisor provides specialist advice to farmers, landowners and rural people and as expert agricultural solicitors they can offer specific advice relevant to the issues faced by their businesses in addition to personal matters.

Brunton & Co have been providing personal services to Mid Wales clients from over 40 years from their offices in both Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, run by Peter Brunton and his son James Brunton together with Aneira Evans.
