BURGER maestros the Beefy Boys will be the star attraction at a community event being held in Llandrindod Wells next week.
Llandrindod Wells Fire Station is hosting an open evening at the station on Tuesday, October 8, from 5.30-9pm.
People are invited to come and learn about specialist equipment and meet their local firefighters, while other emergency services like Dyfed-Powys Police, the Welsh Ambulance Service and the Llandrindod and Rhayader St John Ambulance Cymru first responders will also be present.
But, the Beefy Boys are bringing their mobile burger truck, so that is sure to be the highlight.
“We will be opening our doors and inviting the public in to see some of our specialist equipment and meet your local fire fighters and find out what we do,” said a station spokesperson.
“We also have the Beefy Boys coming along with their burger truck, supplying some great burgers and fries.”
There will also be various stalls and activities for all the family, including demonstrations, fire engines and specialist equipment, bouncy castle, chip pan demonstration, a community fire safety stand, with more to be added.
