Police have confirmed that the body recovered from a mid Wales beach is that of missing Shropshire man Andrew.
Andrew, who was from the Shrewsbury area, hadn't been seen since Saturday (September 21) but his white Audi was found close to Barmouth beach that evening.
It is understood that a member of the public discovered the body and called police on Wednesday (September 25).

North Wales Police issued an update on Friday (September 27) to say that there are thought to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding Andrew's death.
"Our deepest condolences remain with Andrew’s family and friends, who request that their privacy is respected at this difficult time," the force said.
"Thank you to this who assisted in our searches."
