A NEWTOWN man will face trial at Welshpool Magistrates Court in November after denying being over the drink drive limit.
William Graham Roberts, 53 and of Tan y Ffridd, in Mochdre, appeared at the courthouse on Tuesday, September 24 accused of being over the legal limit when stopped earlier in the month.

The charge states he is accused of providing a roadside breath test reading of 66 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath, around twice the legal limit of 35.

However, he denies the offence.
Roberts denied two further counts of failing to stop at the scene of an accident, amid an allegation that his vehicle collided with a Vauxhall Insignia.
He also denied driving without third party insurance.
Roberts will face trial at Welshpool Magistrates Court on Monday, November 11.
