The road by a well-known Powys beauty spot will be closed for several days.
The B4393 which runs along the side of Lake Vyrnwy is set to be closed for several days later in the autumn while work is undertaken to nearby telegraph poles.
Powys County Council’s Highways team have announced that the road will be closed in early November while Openreach undertake maintenance work to seven telegraph poles.

During the closure the council have confirmed that there will be access maintained for residents and emergency vehicles.
A diversion will be put in place during the closure which will be signposted.
Powys County Council have confirmed that the closure will be from “Lake Vyrnwy Dam round Lake to Ffidd Wydd-Afon on the lakeside. Approximately 78m form Fron Goch.”
