A MAN accused of harassing the vicar in the Powys town where he lives has pleaded not guilty and will face trial later this year.
Paul Carr-Webster, 59, entered a not guilty plea to harassing Knighton vicar, Reverend Petra Goodband, on February 3 this year, when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 25.
It is alleged that Carr-Webster, of Cemetery Road, Knighton, harassed Reverend Goodband at her home by entering her lean-to shed on four occasions after receiving written confirmation not to, causing her to feel harassed.
His case was adjourned and set down for trial, which is due to take place in Llandrindod on November 5.
