One person was taken to hospital after they were injured in a crash on a rural road near Lake Vyrnwy.
The crash on the B4393 between Llanfyllin and Llanwddyn was severe enough to leave the road closed for several hours on Monday night (September 23), with police advising motorists to find alternative routes.

Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed that one person was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision near the village of Abertridwr.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the B4393 near Abertridwr, at just after 8pm on September 23, 2024.
“One person was taken to hospital.
“The road was closed whilst a vehicle was recovered and reopened just after midnight.”
