POWYS drivers are being remind that a major county road will be closed for roadworks from 8am on Monday.
The A470 at Llyswen will be closed for around three weeks outside the Griffin Inn, from September 23 until Sunday, October 13 from 8am until 6pm each day.
It will be closed to allow for a water main to be renewed.

A diversion along the A479 which will take drivers around Bronllys and back along the A438 to re-join the A470, whether continuing south or turning back towards Llyswen.
