A major road between Welshpool and Llanymynech was blocked for several hours by a crash between a car towing a caravan and a lorry.
Dyfed Powys Police were left to deal with a blocked stretch of the A438 following a collision between a car towing a caravan and a lorry on Friday, September 20.
The crash was reported to police at approximately 11am, who later advised drivers in the area to find an alternative route or allow extra time for their journey, with traffic being slowed and delayed as a result of the partially blocked road.

Dyfed Powys Police confirmed that no one was injured in the collision, though the road remained blocked for a few hours afterwards while the vehicles involved in the crash were retrieved.
At 12pm, a request was made for council attendance to assist with clearing the crash site.
Shortly after the crash, a spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police said: “A spokesperson for the police said: "Police were informed of a collision on the A483 near Llanymynech at just before 11am.
"The collision involved a car towing a caravan and a lorry, and has left the road partially blocked.
"It is not believed that any injuries have been sustained."
The road was re-opened at 2.30pm.
