A POWYS man has been found not guilty at his trial in relation to breaching a restraining order on multiple occasions.
Johnathon Horniblow, from near Llanidloes, had denied three charges of breaching a restraining order on September 9, October 14 and December 23, 2022.
He was cleared of all three counts by a jury at his trial, held at Mold Crown Court on Thursday, September 12.
Three other charges the 53-year-old faced, accusing him of breaching a similar order, were previously stayed by Judge Nicola Saffman.
