A well-known surveyor has joined a local estate agency team.
Morris Marshall & Poole, in West Street, Rhayader, has welcomed Adam Dean, a chartered surveyor and energy assessor, to its team.
Mr Dean, who is also a domestic energy assessor and a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, will be offering professional services such as home surveys and formal valuations for various purposes, including probate and capital gains tax.
He will be working alongside branch manager and sales advisor Carly O’Rourke, lettings advisor Jill Rooney, and secretary Gwyneth Mills.
Although Mr Dean will be based in Rhayader, he will cover a large region, including Powys, Ceredigion, Shropshire, Gwynedd, and the Welsh Marches.
The team has expressed their excitement at his arrival, saying it will 'further enhance' their ability to meet a wide range of property needs.
A spokesperson for Morris Marshall & Poole said: "We are delighted to have both Adam and his secretary, Gwyneth, on board, further enhancing our team."
The agency has encouraged anyone with property needs, including sales, lettings, professional valuations, or surveys, to get in touch or visit their office.
