Police are appealing for information after a ride-on mower was stolen from a property in a small, remote village along the Powys border.
The John Deere X126 mower theft took place in Bettws-y-Crwyn, near Beguildy, overnight on Sunday (September 8) and Monday (September 9).
West Merica Police, who posted on Facebook photos of the mower and trailer, said: “Enquiries have established that the mower was hidden within a field in the area of Clunton before being moved at some point during the afternoon of Tuesday, September 10.”

The force are asking witnesses who saw a vehicle towing a “distinctive” trailer carrying the green ride-on mower on Tuesday afternoon (September 10) to report it.
Police shared the mower's product identification number as 1GXX126BJJ014148.
