THE Friends of Radnor Forest invite you to join them for a walk from the iconic Water-Break-Its-Neck waterfall to see the ancient landscapes that are at risk of desecration by Bute Energy’s designs to construct 31 huge industrial wind turbines.
The walk takes place on Sunday, September 22. Meet at 10.30am in the Water-Break-Its-Neck carpark for an 11am start.
Carpooling is advised as parking is limited. The what3words location for the car park is hairspray/landlords/unity. There will be a mid-walk rest stop. Bring water and food.

“It’s not surprising that the ancient hills of Radnor Forest are often referred to as the ‘rooftop of Radnorshire’,” said a spokesperson for the group.
“On a clear day one can enjoy spectacular far reaching views of Cader Idris and Snowdonia in the north-west, the Long Mynd to the north-east, across the border to the Malvern hills in the east and Pen y Fan to the south.”
