A MAN accused of assaulting two pub bouncers at a Powys pub has had a warrant issued for his arrest, after he failed to show up to court.
Carl Morgan, 55, had been due to attend Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 11.
Morgan, of High Street, Builth Wells, is accused of assaulting Liam Robinson and Byron Jones, door staff at the town’s White Hart pub, on February 10 this year.
The incident involving Mr Jones is a case of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Magistrates issued a warrant for Morgan’s arrest, which was not backed for bail.
