Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a man in a Powys town.
Dyfed-Powys Police were called to a property in the Wind Road area of Ystradgynlais on Sunday afternoon (September 8).
The force confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
Eyewitnesses reported a large emergency presence including the police and ambulance services in Wind Street.

On Sunday evening, police in Ystradgynlais posted on Facebook: "We are aware that there is speculation and rumours circulating around social media regarding the incident that happened in Ystradgynlais this afternoon.
"We can confirm that there is no concern for public safety, and we are not looking for anyone."
In a statement issued on Monday afternoon, a Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a man at a property on Wind Road, Ystradgynlais on Sunday afternoon, 8th September 2024.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the H.M Coroner."
