Punk musicians and myth makers, The Ragged Storytelling Collective, are taking their anti-capitalist performance, Binderella, on tour across Wales this Autumn.
A unique blend of modern mythology and Welsh folk music, The Ragged Storytelling Collective give voice to current concerns about the cost of living, housing, homelessness, environment and climate change impacting people in Wales.
Delivered with a punk edge, this anarchist story tackling these issues is not one of doom and despair, instead conveying a rallying message filled with compassion and courage.
Binderella is set to be performed at venues including Rhayader’s Lost Arc on September 15 and Llanfylin’s The Workhouse on September 28, before wrapping up the tour with a final performance at Ceredigion Museum, Aberystwyth on December 19.
The Ragged Storytelling Collective are Kestrel Morton, Heulwen Williams and Hazel Morton.

After forming in 2020, and supported by Beyond the Border Storytelling Festival, the Collective has made a mark with their bold, immersive style of storytelling.
Creator, writer, and performer in Binderella, Ms Morton, said: "This intimate theatre and music experience really draws on the issues so many of us are feeling.
"Concerns around the cost of living, housing and homelessness, environment and climate change are all current and real fears for people in Wales.
"While these issues are so important, communicating them can often feel heavy and doom-laden, we hope through the humour of the story and musical experience we can ignite a fire of hope and inspire positive change."
