The 'fabulously messy' colour run is set to make a vibrant return to Mid Wales.
Organised by the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund, the event aims to raise money to help those affected by cancer throughout Mid Wales and Shropshire.
Its second colour run in Mid Wales follows on from the success of its inaugural event last year.
That event was a triumph, raising more than £15,000 to finance local cancer services and initiatives.
This year's 5k run will be taking place at the Meadow Springs Country & Leisure Park in Ffinnant, Powys, on Sunday, September 29.
Emilie Kerr, events marketing coordinator at Lingen Davies, said: "We are thrilled to be able to bring our popular colour run back to Mid Wales.
"It is always a popular, fabulously messy fun day and everyone has a big smile on their face.
"We’re looking forward to seeing those who took part last year return and have just as much fun again, as well as those taking part for the first time as they all raise much-needed funds to help support local cancer services.
“It’s been described as the happiest 5k in the world and I think that’s spot on!
"We’re already looking forward to it and I would encourage everyone who wants to take part to apply as soon as possible as we know it will once again be a popular event so they need to grab their places before they all go."
The charity has seen a significant amount of support in its endeavours, with individuals, families, and businesses across the region contributing more than £100,000 in previous events since 2020.
These events, held at various locations, have all played a significant role in helping the charity improve the lives of those affected by cancer across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales.

The organisation has been a constant aid to the community since its creation 45 years ago.
It opened a new base in Powys last year and has trained more than 200 Cancer Champions, who are supported to discuss cancer openly.
Additionally, it has trained local health sector staff to assist those affected by cancer, set up a fundraising committee, and has been named as finalists in the Powys Business Awards.
Ms Kerr added: "We know there are plenty of businesses that decide to take part in a Lingen Davies Colour Run as a team building exercise and we would encourage more to do just that."
Participation in the event costs £23 for adults and £8.50 for under 12s.
Registration includes a Colour Run pack with a t-shirt and sunglasses.
Adults are asked to raise £50 while children are suggested to raise £25.
